| It is with the saddest heart that I must pass on the following news: Please join me in remembering a great icon of the entertainment community.
The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, Little Debbie, and Captain Crunch.
The grave site was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded.
Doughboy rose quickly in show business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he was still a crusty old man and was considered a roll model for millions.
Doughboy is survived by his wife, Play Dough; two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived by his elderly dad, Pop Tart.
The funeral was held at 3:50 for about 20 minutes.

| October 2, 2006 AMISH SCHOOL SHOOTING Today the Amish community of Pennsylvania was shaken up by the shooting of children in an Amish school. A man armed with a gun walked into a one roomed Amish school and proceeded to hold everyone at gunpoint. Letting the boys go out of the school and the teacher as well as ladies with infants and who were pregnant. Then told the girls inside the school to stand next to each other and proceeded to tie their legs together(while continuing to stand next to each other). The cops were called and tried to negotiate with the man. He told the cops to leave , then soon after he proceeded to shoot the girls military style. Then after all of the girls were dead he killed himself. Afterwards the police found that the man had done this in an act of revenge over something that happened over 10 years ago. This man had just hours before, sent his own children to the school bus. This is only 1 of many shootings in schools that have happened around the nation. The Amish are in many ways sheltered from the dangers and violence that we see on tv and anywhere else, where as they live traditionally. What is the world comming to when innocent children are getting killed in schools?, where we pay money to send kids to receive an education to give them hope for the future. Does that mean that children in this country are no longer safe in their verry own schools? I hope not, and the icing on the cake is that these people that are shooting kids in schools have no relation to the school(no kids that go there, etc.), use the schools as a target to prove their point. I thought that as a country our schools were getting better, and that crime was going down. Imagine going to school and all your worried about is the bio test during your first period class, never knowing that your going to be killed in just a few hours by someone who used your death to prove a point. To never say goodbye to your family and friends. What is this world comming to ? and is it going to get worse? =( | | |
| hmm... i havent posted in over 2 months, so i thought i should post something........ I found this out the other day that apparently McDonalds is going entertainment, to be exact its going to be a place where you can rent a movie and order food. Yes, i know it sounds weird/awsome(depending on how you look at it), but you can go order a big mac and rent a movie all at the same time! It's not just McDonald's thats changing but Starbucks as well!!! I'm serious! for all you coffee lovers, Starbucks plans to serve hot breakfast's along with the coffee that they serve. So i guess when you order a mocha latte you can get a hot breakfast meal! Hmm... maybe people who don't eat breakfast *ahem* , you know who you are, can get breakfast as well as coffee on the go. Of course there is just one small problem.......... all of this isn't going to be available for another 4 or 5 years! | | |
